         TEAM  INFORMATION                                                 
The Los Angeles Xtreme All Star Program began at the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics in the Fall of 2007.  The program which consistent of All Star Cheerleading teams and was directed by Joana Trocan (Cheer 4 U Athletics) has grown over the past three seasons earning rankings at the National level. 

During Fall 2010 the program expanded to include an All Star Dance Team, which is coached by Lindsay Dennis.   The team competed in the Senior JAZZ and HIP HOP divisions at local and regional competitions.

Tryouts for the 2011-2012 season which will run September through February will be announced later this Spring.  Ages 10-18 years old.

Choreographer/Head Coach:    Lindsay Dennis

Lindsay is originally from Scottsdale, Arizona but now considers herself a true Southern California Girl.  She has danced and performed for numerous organizations including UCLA’s Dance Team, the NBA (Lakers and Clippers) and the NFL Pro Bowl Half time show in Hawaii.  She keeps herself busy acting in roles on CSI, Guys Choice Awards, Arliss, Inside Schwartz, The Entourage, Lost in the Woods and most recently Ironman 2.  Her proudest accomplishment is traveling to Kuiwait and Iraq to perform for thousands of US Armed Forces with her dance troupe Purrfect Angelz.  She had been teaching/coaching dance and cheer for the past 15 years and loves every minute of it.
